Values: This one is closely linked to the vision part. No matter how many self-improvement and business books you read, the best way to understand what it takes to reach the A-list status is by hanging out with some people who already made it to the list. All of the A-list members are people with values, whether they are involved in their religion, in their family life, in their neighborhood… These values are what keep the A-list members on the right track to success. Without these values they would probably get lost on their way to success.
