  2. Hi Steven, I definitely need to do work on these. building relationships has been a bit of a weakness for me and I think that marketing is also a weakness. These are areas that I need to strengthen.

    Flexibility in a changing market is very crucial. If you can find ways to do things that others do not or will not consider it can be an advantage.

    For example, Amazon will not take customer calls. If you are a ecommerce merchant with a telephone number you can answer questions about products because you have the expertise on the products.

    Since Amazon doesn’t have any product experts – it does not fit their business model to do so. There are still many people that want to buy over the telephone rather than online.
